1. Winners of ‘Rules of my Kytchen’ posters with Great British Chefs

Every great kitchen needs rules. Our Michelin starred chefs all have their own set of kitchen rules.

    My Kytchen Rules

We found this fab A3 poster in a museum last weekend and thought you might like to get your hands one too.

In order to win one of five “Rules of My Kytchen” posters, you were asked to leave a comment here, on Facebook, Flickr or Twitter, with the rule that works best in your kitchen.

You were asked to leave your comment by 25th August 2011 11.59pm GMT and we would announce our five favourite entries on Friday 26th August 2011. They would each receive a copy of the poster.

Over at GBC HQ we made our choice (we’re a bit late with the announcement) and the winners are:

Sharon Harris : Those who complain, cook the next week’s meals. (Wishbech - UK)

Catrina Murray: Keep this kitchen clean - Eat out! (Melbourne, AUS)

Dawn C. Sehemer: If your egg is not cooked correctly, I will be happy to watch you cook your own egg perfectly from here forward. (Milwaukee, US)

David Schofield: perfection is a word! Attitude is everything (Wellington, NZ)

Sarah Hatherall-Good: No groping the cooks bottom when she opens the oven door! See Health and Safety 59341.6 (Chichester, UK)

Congrats to all the winners, we’ll be contacting you soon to get your addresses for your prizes and many thanks to everyone who entered across Facebook, Twitter and on this Tumblr post.  Look out for more foodie competitions soon.
