Mark Jordan collects 4th AA Rosette for Ocean...
Mark Jordan, Head Chef of the Ocean Restaurant at the Atlantic Hotel, collected a 4th AA rosette for the Jersey restaurant at the recent AA Restaurant Guide awards ceremony. The Atlantic Hotel is one of only 15 hotel restaurants in the UK to achieve such an accolade.
